This document covers all reports available in the XPOS application. Each report is grouped by category and includes its purpose, required filters, and the data columns it returns.

## Inventory Reports

### 1. Current Stock Report

**Description:** Shows live stock valuation filtered by item, warehouse, supplier, brand, and item group.

### 2. Current Stock By Brand

**Description:** Brand-wise stock snapshot showing quantities and valuation across warehouses.

### 3. Current Stock Summary

**Description:** A compact warehouse stock overview with totals and stock movement levels.

### 4. Current Stock With Levels

**Description:** Stock snapshot grouped with reorder level and reorder quantity from the Item Reorder settings.

### 5. Dead Stock Report

**Description:** Identifies stock that has not been sold within a specified number of days, helping you spot slow-moving or expired inventory.

### 6. Stock Value By Warehouse

**Description:** Shows the total stock value per warehouse for a quick inventory valuation overview.

### 7. Stock Value Summary By Date

**Description:** Snapshot of stock balance by posting date for trend review and historical valuation.

## Sales Reports

### 8. Low Qty Sales Report

**Description:** Lists items that were sold in low quantities during a selected period. Useful for identifying items that may need promotional attention or stock review.

### 9. Zero Qty Sales Report

**Description:** Shows sales invoice lines where no stock quantity was available (zero stock) during the period. Helps identify lost sales due to stock-outs.

### 10. Slow Fast Moving Items

**Description:** Compares item movement velocity to identify which items are selling fast and which are slow, filtered by supplier.

### 11. Warehouse Stock Movement

**Description:** Shows stock movement summary grouped by warehouse and voucher type over a date range. Useful for auditing inbound/outbound stock transactions.

### 12. Branch Item Summary

**Description:** Provides an item-level movement and sales summary for a specific branch warehouse over a date window.

### 13. Branch Set Summary

**Description:** Provides set-level summary for branch stock and movement tracking on a single date.

## Purchasing Reports

### 14. Purchase Order Report

**Description:** Generates a purchase order suggestion based on reorder levels, sold quantities, and buying prices for a selected supplier. Helps automate restocking decisions.

## How to Use Reports

1. Navigate to **Reports** from the XPOS sidebar menu.
2. Select a report card from the list. Reports are color-coded by category:
  - 🟢 **Green (Emerald)** — Inventory reports
  - 🔵 **Blue** — Sales reports
  - 🟣 **Violet** — Operations reports
  - 🟠 **Amber** — Purchasing reports
3. Fill in the required filters (marked with *). Some filters depend on others — for example, Warehouse requires Company to be set first.
4. Click **Run Report** to fetch the data.
5. Use **Search** to filter rows locally, **Sort by** to reorder columns, and **Per page** to control pagination.
6. Click the **Copy** icon on any row to copy its data to clipboard.
7. Use the **Download** button to export the report as a file.

## Permissions

Some reports may be restricted based on your role. If a report is greyed out or inaccessible, contact your administrator to grant the required permission.
